Key Takeaways:
- Binance Wallet now lets users trade on real-world event outcomes directly inside the Binance app.
- Users can access prediction markets without extra fees or separate wallets.
- The fast-growing prediction market sector now handles billions in monthly trading volume.
Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, launched a prediction markets feature inside its Binance Wallet app on 9 April 2026.
The integration connects users to Predict.fun, a decentralized application (dApp) built on BNB Smart Chain, a blockchain designed for fast, low-cost transactions. It allows users to trade on the probable outcome of real-world events, from sports results to political developments and economic news.
Prediction markets let users buy shares tied to whether a specific event will happen. Each market offers two options: Yes or No. Prices range from $0.01 to $0.99 and reflect what participants think the collective probability of an outcome is. For example, a Yes share priced at $0.75 suggests a 75% likelihood. Once the event concludes, correct predictions pay out $1 per share, while incorrect ones lose all value.
Stake your take across crypto, politics, sports, and more.
Prediction Markets are now live, thanks to @predictdotfun’s seamless integration with Binance Wallet.

What this integration offers users
Binance is not running these markets itself. Instead, it serves as a gateway, giving users access to Predict.fun’s markets without creating events or taking any side of a trade.
The setup removes several common hurdles associated with blockchain-based platforms. Binance covers all transaction costs on BNB Smart Chain, so users don’t need to hold the native BNB (BNB) token to pay transaction fees.
The feature appears as the “Prediction” tab under the “Markets” section inside the Binance app, although it’s not available in all regions. It is powered by the self-custodial Binance Wallet built into the app. Users can access available markets directly from this tab with a single tap, removing the need for separate external wallets.
To get started, users need to create a dedicated “Prediction Account,” which is automatically set up once they grant permission within the Binance app.

People can fund trades using balances from their existing Spot or Funding accounts on Binance. The system supports both market orders, which execute instantly at the best available price, and limit orders, which only execute at a user-defined price.
Security is handled through Binance Wallet’s multi-party computation technology. This system splits control of private keys across multiple parties, reducing the risk of a single point of failure.

A market growing at a rapid pace
Binance is entering a sector that has expanded sharply in the past two years. Monthly transaction volumes across prediction market platforms rose from approximately $1.2 billion in early 2025 to over $20 billion in January 2026. The broader sector holds about $498 million in total value locked (TVL).
US-based platforms Polymarket and Kalshi together account for more than 97% of overall prediction market trading volume.
Binance has clarified that this feature is not offered through its regulated entities. Binance Wallet services are operated by Binance Barbados Limited and are not supervised by any financial regulator. Like all trading activities, prediction markets carry financial risks, including the potential loss of invested funds.
